The Rebate Process

To receive your rebate, please mail the following in one envelope: 

1. A dated invoice (copy or original) With a ship date between January 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017, from Symmetry Electronics 

2. Fill out the rebate form here with ALL information completed and mail OR scan and send to: rebates@digi.com

Digi TransPort routers are available through Digi resale partners such as Symmetry Electronics. Resale partners may complete and return this form on behalf of their customers. Terms and Conditions: To claim a rebate, customer must submit all the following to Digi: Completed Rebate form, Invoice as proof of purchase of qualifying Digi products, and list of serial numbers of all competitor’s products replaced with Digi products. At their option, US-based customers can return the decommissioned product replaced under this program to Digi International at the address specified on the rebate form for recycling.
