Our first "Meet A Chip." Meet Megan who works in Operations at Symmetry. 

Where are you from? 

Redondo Beach, CA. -- Born & Raised in Southern California with no intentions of leaving, ever.

What do you do at Symmetry? 

I assist with day-to-day operations, as well as maintain the quality management system in compliance of ISO 9001:2008 Standards. 

How long have you worked here? 

Not too long, since December, 2015.

What’s your favorite thing about Symmetry? 

The culture at Symmetry Electronics is like no other. Our people make working at Symmetry enjoyable, and at the same time, we're professionals providing solutions and assistance with excellence. It’s a welcoming, team-oriented environment, with individuals who love what they do.

What’s your favorite thing about California?

So cliché, but definitely the weather! If only sandals, board shorts, and sunglasses were considered “business attire”.. The relentlessly sunny, cool-breezy days in California creates a relaxed vibe, even inside our office headquarters. Although the traffic everywhere is horrendous, the weather here is always optimistic! No bad days. 🙂
