What do you do at Symmetry?
I am a senior field sales engineer and cover Eastern Canada, and upper New York State.
How long have you worked at Symmetry?
From 2006 to 2012, and then 2015 to present.
What’s your favorite thing about Symmetry?
The logo is a geometrical pyramidal figure, and I like pyramids.
Describe a specific instance of how you helped a customer with a solution.
Ideal Life in Toronto for a LTE solution and BT classic and BLE product – and I immediately had a meeting with them and suggested Telit for Verizon on a CAT1 and Taiyo Yuden which had just released a module for both classic and BLE Bluetooth applications – both are “design ins”.
What exciting trends do you see in our industry?
I love roller coaster rides, and being in our industry is like being on a roller coaster ride – up and down and everyone screaming at wild sharp turns.
What do you like to do when you’re not working at Symmetry?
Play guitar (electric and acoustic), playing games with my boys, watching really good quality movies, putting together a classic muscle car, solving difficult Sudoku puzzles, reading papers on theoretical physics, and cooking.
