Audio Modules

An audio module is a piece of audio processing logic that performs a relatively atomic function. Residing in the audio driver or audio DSP, these modules compress audio in home systems like MP3 players, speakers, and sound systems. Audio modules can also broadcast radio signals and enable voice recognition for a variety of products, including talking toys and robots.
