Counter ICs

Counter ICs are designed to count the input signals, which consist of predetermined clock pulses. These ICs count externally inputted clock pulses and contain extra inputs and outputs for added versatility. Used in computers, microcontrollers, medical equipment, and military equipment, counter ICs tally the number of logic transitions that occur at the inputs.
