Driver ICs
A driver IC is a circuit or component used to control another circuit or component by regulating current flow. The driver IC acts as an interface between a microprocessor or microcontroller and the output component, receiving image data and delivering precise analog voltages to activate the pixels on the display. Driver ICs are used in monitors, LIDAR lighting, camera lighting, laser projection, barcode readers, laser scanning devices, 3D scanning, gesture recognition, and utility meters.
Symmetry provides display drivers and controllers, laser drivers, LCD drivers, and LED lighting drivers from Monolithic Power Systems, Silicon Motion, Fujitsu Electronics, Semtech, iC-Haus, Semtech, and Silicon Labs.
